We hand roll and bake all of our bread all day long to ensure the freshest bread at any given time. We bake the traditional French baguette, meaning our baguette is dark and crusty on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside with a slightly sour taste. We use only natural ingredients: organic & sustainable unbleached flour, filtered water and salt. No preservatives, no artificial colorings. Our loaves and baguettes are made with our own natural starter that we make, grow and feed right here in the bakery. Natural sourdough starter is healthier than commercial yeasts, plus it makes for an even tastier bread! Our whole process of baking bread requires 48 hours. Our range includes organic breads.
We offer a wide range of cakes, tarts and pastries. Gluten-free desserts are also available (but they are made in a gluten environment). Additionally, our pastry team makes multiportion cakes, made-to-order cakes and tarts, ‘pièce montée’ – croquembouche – and any kind of petits fours and surprise bread for your corporate or personal events.
