Enjoy our artisan kit to bake your own Margherita pizza at home!
The Kit includes: 1 pizza dough + 1 marinara tomato sauce (12oz) + 1 container of Shredded mozzarella (12oz) + some fresh basil leaves.
FRESH ITEM, KEEP REFRIGERATED (CAN BE FROZEN)
CAN BE KEPT IN YOUR FRIDGE FOR 4 DAYS.
IF PLACED IN FREEZER, LET THEM DEFROST BEFORE ASSEMBLING & COOKING.
** COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Stretch or roll dough with flour as needed with a rolling pin (or a bottle of wine). Go from center towards the outer edge and maintain a circular shape. The dough is meant to be thin like in Europe.
2. Add the marinara sauce to the dough and top with the shredded cheese, then with some other toppings if you want (ham, bacon, herbs, sausage, cheese, raw sunny side-up egg, etc).
3. Pre-heat your oven to 450°F. Use preferably a round aluminum flat baking pan. Lightly oil the baking sheet. Place the pizza on it and bake it in the warm oven for about 15 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and cut into desired slices.
