Mini croque are a warmed up cheese sandwich, made with cooked ham Parisian style, swiss cheese , bechamel sauce, nutmeg. NO SUBSTITUTION POSSIBLE
By the time it's delivered it may not be warm still. You can either eat it room temperature (very good too) or warm them up 1 or 2 minutes in your hot oven on grill position.
