Kouglof is a French morning pastry, originated in Alsace, France and baked only for the holiday season. It's baked in a special mold. It's a dry kind of brioche, in which are included raisins and almonds, and covered with powder sugar. It's amazing and so unique in LA, we are the only ones in the city to bake that traditional French pastry. It's not too sweet, can be eaten for breakfast, dessert or as a snack like a croissant or another french pastry.
